Hummus Wolf is the employer-facing arm of Wolf Mentoring, which runs done-for-you job searches for engineering leaders. Those leaders hire us to own their search end to end.

That is the whole reason a shortlist can land in five days. The people we introduce are already in the market by their own choice, already talking to us, already positioned. We are not starting a search on your signature.

It also means both sides pay us, and we say so on the FAQ rather than waiting to be asked. We are paid only when a placement happens and holds, so the incentive is fit rather than volume. If we do not have strong leaders for your role, you hear it on the intake call.

Behind every shortlist is our calibration team: senior engineers from Amazon-scale orgs who have sat in the hiring loops your candidates will face. They sign off on fit before a name reaches you.
